SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SECTION 1- PACKAGING TIME
At our company, we prioritize quality control to ensure that every item shipped meets the highest standards. Consequently, the quality control and packaging process may take up to 4-5 business days If the requested size is in stock. However, if the requested size is not available, it may take up to 14 business days to manufacture it, unless the client specifies otherwise.
We package all products in solid card boxes, with the product fully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
SECTION 2- SHIPPING TIME
We partner with international couriers such as DHL, Aramex, and FedEx to deliver all our products. The standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days, but clients can request express delivery for faster shipping, depending on the delivery address.
SECTION 3- TRACKING
Once an order is placed, we provide the client with a tracking number to monitor the shipping progress digitally. Upon delivery of the package to one of our couriers, the chain of responsibility is passed on to the courier.
Any claim or inquiry regarding the shipment should be addressed by the customer to the courier or the courier’s office in the Country of Destination. We are committed to assisting our clients to the best of our ability to receive their packages promptly.
SECTION 4- DUTIES AND TAXES
All our shipments are under the international conditions referred to as DDU (Delivery, duties unpaid). This means that we incur the shipping and insurance charges from the Point of Origin to the Port of Destination. The client is responsible for paying all duties and taxes at the Country of Destination.
We can consult with the client in certain cases to facilitate the clearance procedure at the Country of Destination.
SECTION 5- SHIPMENT ORIGIN
We have warehouses in different countries, and it is at our discretion to determine the origin of the shipment based on logistical considerations. The countries may include but are not limited to Cyprus and Lebanon.
SECTION 6- DOCUMENTS
We provide all necessary documents to facilitate the clearance procedure at the Country of Destination. Depending on the requirements of the customs authorities at the Country of Destination, the client may be required to provide additional information such as an ID card, tax number, EORI number, VAT number.
Failure to produce such documents may result in delays or additional costs that will be solely borne by the customer.
SECTION 7- PARCEL DELIVERY
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, we require that the client respond promptly to the shipping company’s contact attempts, whether by phone, SMS, or email.
Failure to respond to the shipping company may result in delays and/or extra costs that will be solely incurred by the customer.
SECTION 8- REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If the client refuses delivery for any reason whatsoever, the parcel will be destroyed at the Country of Destination, and all relevant costs will be solely incurred by the customer.
