Exchange and Refund
General
• We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If an order does not fully meet expectations, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit, subject to the terms below.
• Refunds are not offered, except in the limited cases outlined in this policy.
Cancellation
• Cancellation is permitted within 1 business day of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or entered production.
• Approved cancellations are refunded within 2 business days, net of a non- refundable 4.5% credit-card processing fee.
Exchanges
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery by emailing info@gabycharbachy.com.
• Please include your full name, order number, item details (style, color, size), and reason for the request.
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 2 business days of receiving instructions.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping, reshipment costs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• After inspection and approval, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
• Any store credit issued will be net of all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
• Any remaining balance will remain available on the customer’s account for future use.
Refunds (Limited Exceptions)
• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery by emailing info@gabycharbachy.com.
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
• A confirmed manufacturing defect, supported by clear photos or videos
• A shipment confirmed lost by the courier
• Receipt of an incorrect item.
• In approved refund cases, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• While refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval, posting times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
• Refunds are issued net of a non-refundable 4.5% credit-card processing fee.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
• Custom-made or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
• All standard items are produced according to our published size chart; customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Payment & Dispute Resolution
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• By completing a purchase, the customer authorizes the charge and confirms they have reviewed and agreed to our Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policies prior to checkout.
• We are always happy to work with our customers in good faith to find a fair solution.
• In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including:
– Order confirmation and invoice
– Proof of delivery and courier tracking
– Customer communications
– Product descriptions and images
– Policy acceptance records and timestamps
• Customers agree to contact us directly first at info@gabycharbachy.com to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.
• Chargebacks submitted in contradiction to this policy may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
• If a chargeback is initiated after an exchange, store credit, or refund has been issued, we reserve the right to void any remaining credit.
Additional Terms
• Customers must cooperate with courier and customs communications to avoid delays or additional charges.
• Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned deliveries are not eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.
• By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
