SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing & Packaging
• All orders undergo strict quality control before dispatch
• In-stock items ship within 4–5 business days
• Pre-Order items may require up to 14 business days of production, unless otherwise agreed
• All items are securely packaged in rigid cardboard boxes for transit protection
Shipping Time
• Worldwide shipping via DHL, Aramex, or FedEx
• Standard delivery: approximately 5–7 business days
• Express shipping may be available upon request, depending on destination
Tracking & Responsibility
• A tracking number is provided once the order ships
• Responsibility transfers to the courier upon dispatch
• Delivery inquiries or claims must be addressed directly with the courier, with our assistance when possible
Duties & Taxes
• All shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid)
• Shipping and insurance are covered up to the destination country
• Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Assistance with customs clearance may be provided in certain cases
Shipment Origin
• Orders may ship from different warehouses based on logistics, including Cyprus, Lebanon, and the UAE Customs Documentation
• Standard export documents are provided
• Additional documents (ID, tax number, EORI, VAT number, etc.) may be required by customs
• Failure to provide required documents may result in delays or extra charges borne by the customer
Delivery Cooperation
• Customers must respond promptly to courier contact attempts (phone, SMS, or email)
• Non-response may lead to delays or additional costs, which are the customer’s responsibility
Refusal of Delivery
• Refused or unclaimed shipments will be destroyed at destination
• All associated costs will be fully borne by the customer
