Exchange or store credits may be granted under the following conditions:

• Email notification is sent within 2 days of receiving the parcel
• Item is returned at the customer’s expense
• Product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in pristine condition
• Original tag, hanger, and zipper bag are included

Custom or special orders are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Refunds are only issued if:

• The package is lost during shipment
• The wrong or damaged item is received
