General<\/strong>
\u2022 We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If an order does not fully meet expectations, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit, subject to the terms below.
\u2022 Refunds are not offered, except in the limited cases outlined in this policy.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong>
\u2022 Cancellation is permitted within 1 business day of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or entered production.
\u2022 Approved cancellations are refunded within 2 business days, net of a non- refundable 4.5% credit-card processing fee.<\/p>\n

Exchanges
<\/b>\u2022 Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery by emailing info@gabycharbachy.com.
\u2022 Please include your full name, order number, item details (style, color, size), and reason for the request.
\u2022 Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 2 business days of receiving instructions.
\u2022 Customers are responsible for all return shipping, reshipment costs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
\u2022 Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
\u2022 After inspection and approval, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
\u2022 Any store credit issued will be net of all shipping costs, duties, and <\/span>taxes.
<\/span>\u2022 Any remaining balance will remain available on the customer\u2019s account <\/span>for future use.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds (Limited Exceptions)
<\/b>\u2022 Refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery by emailing info@gabycharbachy.com.<\/p>\n

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
\u2022 A confirmed manufacturing defect, supported by clear photos or videos
\u2022 A shipment confirmed lost by the courier
\u2022 Receipt of an incorrect item.
\u2022 In approved refund cases, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
\u2022 While refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval, posting times may vary depending on the customer\u2019s bank or card issuer.
\u2022 Refunds are issued net of a non-refundable 4.5% credit-card processing fee.<\/p>\n

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
<\/b>\u2022 Custom-made or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
\u2022 All standard items are produced according to our published size chart; customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Payment & Dispute Resolution
\u2022 All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
\u2022 By completing a purchase, the customer authorizes the charge and confirms they have reviewed and agreed to our Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policies prior to checkout.<\/p>\n

\u2022 We are always happy to work with our customers in good faith to find a fair solution.
\u2022 In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including:
\u2013 Order confirmation and invoice
\u2013 Proof of delivery and courier tracking
\u2013 Customer communications
\u2013 Product descriptions and images
\u2013 Policy acceptance records and timestamps
\u2022 Customers agree to contact us directly first at info@gabycharbachy.com to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.
\u2022 Chargebacks submitted in contradiction to this policy may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
\u2022 If a chargeback is initiated after an exchange, store credit, or refund has been issued, we reserve the right to void any remaining credit.<\/p>\n

Additional Terms
<\/b>\u2022 Customers must cooperate with courier and customs communications to avoid delays or additional charges.
\u2022 Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned deliveries are not eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.
