• Available sizes are shipped within 4–5 business days.

• All shipments are sent with international couriers on a DDU basis; customers are responsible for local duties and taxes upon arrival.
• Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days, with express options available depending on the destination.
• A tracking number is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Exchange or store credits may be granted under the following conditions:

• Email notification is sent within 2 days of receiving the parcel
• Item is returned at the customer’s expense
• Product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in pristine condition
• Original tag, hanger, and zipper bag are included

Custom or special orders are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Refunds are only issued if:

• The package is lost during shipment
• The wrong or damaged item is received
